Thousands of inhabitants of  over five villages and adjoining areas are suffering because of worst condition of 9.55 Kms Prime Minister Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY)  of Road from  Shibbar to Kultyar (Sankri)  in Panchari area of  district Udhampur. The Construction of said road begun in 2013 as per the locals but the road is still incomplete. After 6 years the road has been reduced to nothing but a Muddy Paddle with big potholes and the common masses have to face inconvenience on daily basis. 

Locals put their lives on high risk on daily basis specially during rainy season as  the said road  incomplete not Motor able and Peoples  especially  Tuition Students forces have to walk  several kilometres  to cross  the Muddy  Road .  Locals while Talking to The Publish  said that common masses forces to walk  several kilometre  due to the bad shape of road.

               Students of the said area  face lot of Problem, due to this bad condition of the road. 

 Despite repeated pleas of the people nothing has been done so far by the authorities, Sanpanch of one of the villages also told us that Land compensation for the acquired land has not yet been paid by the Government and appealed to the Governor to personally look into the matter and get the road blacktopped at an earliest.
